ACTUAL REPORT

Comparison is made to CXR #1. There is consolidation and volume loss involving most of the right lung with further shift of the midline structures into the right hemithorax. Suture material is also seen in the right mid lung. The left lung appears clear. Nasoesophageal probe tip is in the distal esophagus just above the gastroesophageal junction.
