WHAT IS YOUR INTERPRETATION?
Our approach was as follows:
On August 21st she went for a right lower lobectomy with a right upper lobe wedge resection.We questioned a mycotic aneurysm and lung abscess.
Post operative course:
She received BIPAP over one night and was doing well. She remained hospitalized for IV treatment with Ambisone and caspofungin for 3 months.A repeat CT scan on October 5th is seen BELOW.
