– Urea and electrolytes; normal
– ESR 20 ANCA; negative, complement normal
– Liver function tests; normal
– Urinalysis; negative
– Skin tuberculin testing; negative
– Sweat test; normal
– Immunoglobulins; normal
– IgE 3038 (Upper range 240)
– Aspergillus IgE; normal
– Allergy Skin testing (including aspergillus skin testing); negative
– IgG screen for hypersensitivity pneumonitis
– CT scan of thorax

The patient also had an IgG screen for hypersensitivity pneumonitis.
