– early coalescence
– air bronchogram or alveologram
– rapid timing

not found in our patient:
– segmental or lobar distribution
– alveolar nodules
– butterfly shadow

2 BILATERAL PLEURAL EFFUSION

WOULD YOU CARE TO OFFER A DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS REGARDING AN ALVEOLAR BILATERAL INFILTRATE?
